After five years of running ultra marathons, all while balancing work and family, including two pregnancies, Michelle wanted to grow her knowledge of the sport of trail and ultra running. Being an always-on-the-go self-motivated runner and experienced educator, Michelle strives to help everyday athletes realize their not-so-everyday goals using current evidence-based programming and coaching.
Further, with a specific passion for helping other mothers stay fit and strong throughout pregnancy, postpartum, and throughout the busyness of motherhood, Michelle Is here to run alongside you as you go the distance.
